We actively manage your rental payments, promptly following up overdue rental payments. Our policy is to accept only fortnightly and monthly payments in advance i.e. not weekly.

Anywhere, at any time, you can view your rent statements, financial reports and other pertinent information about your property from our secure online landlord portal.
We give you the flexibility of fortnightly or monthly payments. Please note statements are issued once a month.
All invoices and accounts relating to your rental property can be paid from your rental funds held in our trust account. This service gives you a monthly statement of all income and expenditure for your property and is also reflected on your annual financial statement which we provide to you.
